Minoxidil Topical Solution USP 5% is a clinically proven treatment for male pattern baldness (androgenetic alopecia), designed to stimulate hair regrowth and slow hair loss.  It is formulated with 5% minoxidil, the active ingredient, which works by widening blood vessels (vasodilation) and opening potassium channels in hair follicles.  This process increases blood flow, oxygen, and nutrient supply to the scalp, helping to reactivate dormant hair follicles and prolong the hair growth phase. 

• Purpose: Specifically indicated for hair regrowth on the top of the scalp (vertex only) in men.  It is not intended for frontal baldness or receding hairlines.
