Appearance: The tablet is typically white to off-white, oval-shaped, film-coated, with a breakline on one side and plain on the other.  It may be debossed with markings such as "Z & 2" or "7.5 over Z" and "P".

Active Ingredient: Each tablet contains 7.5 mg of zopiclone, a non-benzodiazepine hypnotic that acts on the GABA receptor in the brain to calm neural activity and promote sleep. 

Dosage & Use: Taken once daily, just before bedtime, on an empty stomach, to ensure a full night’s sleep (7–8 hours).  It should not be used for more than 4 weeks without re-evaluation due to risks of dependence. 

Common Side Effects: Include drowsiness, dry mouth, bitter or metallic taste, dizziness, headache, and fatigue.
