Modafresh 200 Mg Tablets are a prescription medication primarily used to treat excessive daytime sleepiness caused by sleep disorders such as narcolepsy, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), and shift work sleep disorder.  The active ingredient in Modafresh is modafinil, a eugeroic (wakefulness-promoting agent) that enhances alertness and cognitive function without the jitteriness associated with traditional stimulants. 

Manufactured by Sunrise Remedies Pvt Ltd, Modafresh 200 Mg is considered a generic alternative to the brand-name drug Provigil.  Each tablet contains 200 mg of modafinil and is typically taken orally once daily, either in the morning for narcolepsy and OSA, or approximately one hour before a work shift for shift work sleep disorder.
